Fantastic miracle supplement for arthritis sufferers! I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my wrists, knees, and sometimes my back. I've been taking Jarrow and Now brands Curcumin for months. I don’t take painkillers, but Curcumin has made my life manageable with significantly less pain and flare-ups. Someone suggested trying the Bio or Super form of Curcumin from Now brands for even better results. To this day, it's a miracle supplement for arthritis like mine, and I now feel almost pain-free. I take one capsule in the morning and one before bed. It energises me, but be cautious with exercise as it can lead to acute pain if overdone. Thanks, iHerb for great prices and fresh supplements.

This product effectively reduces inflammation, aches, and pains when used consistently. I've noticed less swelling in my hands, feet, and even my face. With both rheumatoid and osteo arthritis as well as fibromyalgia, my pain has eased while exclusively using this product. I value its effectiveness over traditional medications, as missing doses led to a return of my discomfort.
